Are pets allowed?
Yes. Dogs and cats weighing 20 pounds or less are permitted, with a maximum of one dog or one cat per unit, provided they do not disturb other residents. Subject to board approval.
How do I report a violation?
Residents can report a community violation to the Property Manager or Board President. Please visit the Contact page using the link in the main menu for current contact information.
Are community amenities included?
Yes. Residents enjoy access to a variety of community amenities throughout Horizons West, including a gated community with a guard house and patrol services, four swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, three-wall courts, and a clubhouse available to rent for private parties and events.
How can I request a community event?
Residents are encouraged to propose social gatherings or community events. Please submit your request via email at hwsixhoa@gmail.com for review by our board.
